SHIPPING

We deliver across India through trusted courier partners and use reputable international courier services for overseas orders.

As we aim to minimize waste, we generally keep unstitched materials in stock and begin stitching once your order is confirmed. If you're placing a custom order or have a color preference, please note: the production timeline can very, depending on fabric availability and the intricacy of hand-embroidered Chikankari work.

If a product is out of stock and you're open to waiting, we’ll happily recreate the same design for you. Throughout the process, we’ll keep you updated on key milestones like confirmation, estimated timelines, embroidery status, dyeing, washing, and dispatch.

Please note: Sundays and public holidays are not considered working days for processing or deliveries.

Shipping Charges

  • Within India: Free shipping for orders above ₹10,000.

  • International Shipping: A shipping fee will apply and is calculated at checkout based on your location.

DUTIES & TAXES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)

International shipping charges do not include customs duties or local taxes. These will be charged separately by the shipping agent upon delivery, as per your country’s import regulations. You’ll receive an invoice for these charges directly from the courier service.

Indian GST

All prices on our website are inclusive of Indian GST.

Order Fulfillment & Dispatch

All orders are dispatched from our main office in Hyderabad, India. The garments are hand-embroidered in Lucknow and nearby villages, then sent to Hyderabad for final dispatch.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and courier details. You can also view your order history and tracking details through your account on our website.


IMPORTANT SHIPPING NOTES

  • If you're unavailable during delivery, the courier will attempt redelivery before returning the package.

  • Kindly provide a complete address with ZIP code and a valid mobile number to avoid delays.

International Orders – Customer Not Available

If no one is available to receive an international shipment:

  • The courier can only hold the package for 7 working days.

  • After that, it is returned to India, incurring customs duties and shipping costs.

  • These additional costs must be paid by the customer before the parcel is resent.

  • If you cannot receive the order during the estimated delivery timeline, please inform us in advance at khushnumabysakshi@gmail.com so we can delay dispatch.

If a returned shipment is refused and duties remain unpaid, the parcel will remain with Indian Customs indefinitely. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer any resolution in such cases.
