CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as production begins immediately.

  • If you have made an error or need to modify an order, contact us within 24 hours of placing it. While we’ll try to accommodate, changes are not guaranteed.

Orders once shipped are not eligible for cancellation.

 


 


7. DELAY IN ORDER DELIVERY

While we strive to dispatch all orders within the communicated timeline, delays can occur due to:

  • Hand-intensive production

  • Shipping/logistics issues

  • Unforeseen circumstances (e.g. natural calamity, epidemic, strikes, war)

In such cases:

  • We will keep you informed about the delay.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded due to production or delivery delays, as they are already under process.

  • Be assured your order becomes a top priority and will be shipped at the earliest possible date.


 

8. COLOR, EMBROIDERY & VARIATION POLICY

  • Slight variations in color, embroidery, or texture are natural to hand-crafted Chikankari and are not considered defects.

  • Each piece carries its own unique character and the human touch that distinguishes handmade art.


 

9. SALE / DISCOUNTED ORDERS

  • No returns, refunds, or exchanges are applicable on Sale items or during special discounts.

Exchange will be entertained only in case of defects or issues with the received product.
